Plans are taking shape at the local ETAAscon for the construction of two mixed-use towers at the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) development in Dubai. The work, to be carried out by the group's construction arm, Associated Construction & Investments Company (Ascon), will require investment of AED 150 million-180 million ($40.9 million-$49.1 million) and calls for the construction of a 35-storey and a 40-storey tower with a combined built-up area of 2 million square feet.
