RAMSEY COUNTY, Minn., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramsey County Commissioners today considered two ordinances restricting smoking in public places. The first was similar to the clear and straightforward legislation already passed in Bloomington and Minneapolis. The second was an unclear, watered-down version that would protect workers and patrons in Ramsey County restaurants, but leaves hundreds of other hospitality workers exposed daily to the harmful chemicals in secondhand smoke.
