What can't you live without?
Nurofen. It's the only medicine I always have at home and usually take it out and about with me. Apart from general aches and pains, I take them for headaches. I used to get bad migraines when I was younger and, although I grew out of them by the time I was 20, I still get nasty headaches from working under strong lights in hot television studios.
My best discovery
Power drinks. I've no idea what they contain because I don't check everything that's in them, but I certainly feel the benefit from taking them after a gruelling workout in the gym. I work out hard every other day with a ...
