CHAMPAIGN, Ill. _ There were plenty of times Sunday the Minnesota Vikings gathered no Moss.
Forget the idea of involving Randy Moss in 40 percent of the team's offensive plays. Most of the time the Vikings didn't try to find him, and other times the Bears made sure they didn't.
Although he can be one of the most potent weapons in pro football, with his phenomenal leaping ability, speed and sure hands, that wasn't the case Sunday. Moss was often more of a multimillion-dollar decoy than a game-breaker in the Vikings' 27-23 loss to the Bears.
