ATLANTA, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. (Wells REIT II) has completed the purchase of 3333 Finley Road and 1501 Opus Place, two office buildings totaling 320,000 square feet located in Downers Grove, Illinois, just outside Chicago.
Both single-tenant buildings are under long-term leases to Acxiom Corporation, which is the world's largest processor of consumer data and a world leader in customer and information management solutions. Acxiom is rated BB+ (stable) by Standard & Poor's.
