The shelves of seven outlets of the supermarkets chain Carrefour in Portugal will be the first to expose Brazilian tropical fruits as part of the Brazilian Fruit Festival that starts by the end of the month and will be taken to other 16 countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Americas. The goal is to boost exports of fresh fruits, juices and pulps. The Brazilian Fruit Festival is being promoted by Mapa, Apex and Ibraf (Instituto Brasileiro de Frutas).
