MADISON, Wis., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- More than eight in 10 Americans love cheese -- most for its great taste -- according to a recent national survey of primary grocery shoppers conducted by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB), but many lack information about Wisconsin Cheese and the many varieties of cheese made in America's Dairyland.
Although Cheddar, American and Swiss cheese topped the list of favorites, four of five respondents said they would like to be more adventurous when it comes to trying new varieties of cheese.
