Sep. 13--The Chicago Tribune is strongly considering launching another newspaper in the Chicago area--this one aimed at the MTV crowd.
The new tabloid would be published at least five days a week and would be sold at newsstands in Chicago and nearby suburbs, especially in areas where young people live or congregate.
For years, readers ages 18 to 34 have been a group that newspapers nationwide have largely failed to reach, raising fears that the industry was compromising its future.
