Sep. 5--As lead prosecutor in Cumberland County and a strong advocate for victims rights, District Attorney Stephanie Anderson is focused on issues of domestic violence. Her office includes a domestic violence unit.

But only after Anderson's office began drafting a formal domestic violence policy did she learn that three of her 47 employees had been victims of domestic violence.
