It's always fun to imagine great historical figures in situations where their greatness isn't recognized.
Part of the enjoyment of "Shakespeare in Love," for example, was watching the now-celebrated Bard while he was still scrambling to make a name for himself. And some of the delight of "The Emperor's New Clothes" is watching the great Napoleon in situations where nobody knows who he is.
In this hilarious "what if" tale, director/co-writer Alan Taylor ("Palookaville") asks us to consider the notion that Napoleon Bonaparte did not, as history reports, end his days in exile and defeat on St. Helena in 1821.
