BROOKLYN, Mich. _ Two Foyts are better than one.
At Michigan International Speedway on Sunday, A. J. Foyt IV, driving for his legendary grandfather, A. J. Foyt, won the rain-shortened Indy Racing Infiniti Pro Series race.
The 18-year-old A. J. Foyt IV took the lead on lap 26 in his No. 14 Harrah's/A. J. Foyt Racing machine as light rain fell.
A lap earlier, he'd raced side by side with Arie Luyendyk Jr., who'd led the race from laps 17 through 25.
As the pair raced back to the start-finish line, the yellow flag came out, with Foyt leading, and Luyendyk second.
The race, which had been a thriller ...
