ORLANDO _ PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem said Wednesday that he has no plans to enter the fray or exert any leverage regarding the fight between Augusta National and a prominent women's-rights group.
While the tour has a long association with Augusta National, the club runs the Masters. Finchem declined to take a stance on the club's lack of female membership, though he emphasized that tour-sponsored events aren't staged at courses with exclusionary policies.
"I don't think it's for us to be concerned about it," Finchem said. "We choose to organize our tournaments at clubs that allow women members.
