ANAHEIM _ Nothing was certain about the Angels in the first half of the 2002 season.
Not victories. Not individual performances. Not their ability to score runs or keep their opponent down.
They begin the second half 51-35, but it's tough to know which team is for real: the one that started the season 6-14, or the one that scored 22 and 19 runs in single games, the one that was for a time the hottest team in baseball, or the one that went 6-15 against teams with a winning record.
