GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. _ The name rose to the top of the leader board early Sunday.
Kate Golden noticed. So did everyone else.
How could they not? When Annika Sorenstam birdied three consecutive holes on the front nine during the ShopRite LPGA Classic at the Seaview Marriott Resort, she moved from 3 shots behind the leaders into a three-way tie for first.
Sorenstam also might have put a bit of restlessness into the rest of the field. As is the case with Tiger Woods on the PGA Tour, strange things seem to happen to golfers when they see Sorenstam's name atop the leader board.
