Aug. 16--Freddie Respress doesn't know all the best restaurants from here to California.
He isn't the loner type and he doesn't have bad hygiene.
Respress is a trucker.
The Euclid resident is a family man with two sons and is as approachable and friendly as anyone.
Respress is a good example of the change the trucking industry has undergone in the last 10-15 years. Technology has improved things: Cell phones do much of the work CB radios used to do, air ride seats make the physical grind much less demanding, and most people don't have a negative opinion of truckers anymore, according to Respress.
