Aug. 17--TWIN FALLS, Idaho--Brent Dame of Kimberly took a couple of hours this past February to attend the customer appreciation day at Gem Equipment, his local John Deere dealership in Twin Falls. All he expected for his time was a free meal and some insight into how John Deere could make his operation more efficient and profitable. A few months later a representative from John Deere Credit called to tell him he'd won a free one-year lease on the John Deere tractor of his choice.
