2004 AUG 14 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- The Wellness Community (TWC) has received a seed donation of $50,000 from the Michele Susan Kogod Memorial Foundation towards the establishment of The Wellness Community of the Greater Washington, D.C. Area, a free support and education system for people affected by cancer.
The Michele Susan Kogod Memorial Foundation was created to honor the memory of Bonnie and Bernie Kogod's 19-year old daughter, Michele, who died of Hodgkin lymphoma in 1987.
