Jul. 29--Any office desk is likely to feature numerous products that The Advanced Group manufactures. To the uninitiated, they may be widgets, watchamacallits or thingamajigs; as in "What's that plastic thingamajig that connects the phone cables?"
But to Mike Bluff, a manager for one of Advanced Group's divisions, the items are high-precision components.
