Jun. 25--It's been 30 years since Oliver Winery began as a fledgling business nine miles north of Bloomington along Ind. 37.
Today, a new $1.5 million, 12,000-square-foot production facility is being built at the winery to allow for a tripling of wine making capacity -- from 100,000 cases of wine to 300,000 cases per year.
That will allow the state's oldest and largest winery to make, sell and distribute even more of its award-winning wines.
Another highly visible project at the winery's production center and tasting room, 8024 N. Ind. 37, is the creation of a one-acre demonstration vineyard along Ind. 37. Visitors ...
