Jun. 21--As Oklahoma City's hotel and hospitality industry grows, the availability of skilled workers is lagging, metro area hotel human resource managers said.
The Downtown College Consortium plans to help fill that void with classes this fall that teach hospitality and hotel management, consortium Director Joel Drury said.
