Aug. 7--LOMPOC PROJECT TO INCLUDE HOMES PRICED AT $101,000: The Bluffs at Mesa Oaks, a 77-home development just outside Lompoc, looks to have tapped into the strong demand for reasonably priced houses in Santa Barbara County's red-hot real estate market.
The first phase, comprising 18 yet-to-be finished houses, sold out in about 10 days, according to Stephanie Winford, a sales associate for the development.
The Bluffs, located on Harris Grade Road and Onstott Road, offers homes between 2,200 and 3,300 square feet with three to six bedrooms, said Courtney ...
