A CIRCUS boss is to face health and safety charges in court next week following the death of a Midland trapeze artist.
Eva Garcia died after plunging 30ft to the ground in front of a live audience while performing at Great Yarmouth Hippodrome Circus a year ago today.
The world-renowned Birmingham high-wire star was just 38 years old.
