Rev. Charles Williams, the longtime president of the Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (IBE), recently died of prostate cancer at his home in Indianapolis. He was 56.
"The entire community mourns this tragic loss that will be felt across the city, state and nation," said Carolyn Mosby-Williams, chairman of the board of the Indiana Black Expo. "Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the family. Charles was a man who brought tremendous leadership, energy and passion to Indiana Black Expo."
