Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. has arranged $32.704 million in acquisition and development financing, as well as $4 million in mezzanine and equity funding, for the acquisition and redevelopment of the Delco Plaza Shopping Center in West Manchester township, Penn.
The property is located at the Interchange of US 30 and PA Route 74. The Center was initially developed in the early 1970's as an enclosed mail and was expanded over the years to approximately 380,000 s/f on a 40-acre site, with a traffic count of 40,000 cars per day.
