Summer brings a time to enjoy a mellow blend of Kentucky's musical heritage along with fresh brewed coffee at the Behringer-Crawford Museum's sixth-annual Coffee Cup Concert Series.
The series, which began July 1, continues through Aug. 19 with two-hour concerts every Thursday at 7 p.m. at the museum's patio-amphitheater in Covington's Devou Park.
"The museum's mission includes artistic heritage and the concerts are an excellent way to fulfill that part of our mission," said Laurie Risch, museum director. All of the groups performing this summer have ties to the commonwealth's musical heritage -- bluegrass, ...
