Millions of Americans don't sleep well.
More than half of all adults -- 58 percent -- said they experience symptoms of insomnia a few nights a week or more, according to the National Sleep Foundation's Sleep in America poll. Considering that sleep consumes about a third of our lives, it's no surprise that sleep clinics are booming.
