LOS ANGELES, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercury Air Cargo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercury Air Group , announced today the appointment of Peter Kelly, a former 12-year executive manager with United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS), as Executive Vice President, Business Development/Strategic Planning. The appointment is effective August 9, 2004.
Kelly brings more than 18 years of experience in airline and cargo sales and service to the Mercury Air Cargo team. Most recently, he served as Division Manager for UPS Air Cargo, where he oversaw the expansion of the European air network in Europe and the Middle East.
