Jun. 8--MISSION BANK BRINGS NEW BRANCH TO BAKERSFIELD: Bakersfield-based Mission Bank is open for business at its new branch at the northeast corner of South Union Avenue and East Panama Road. The full-service branch at 9680 S. Union Ave., will give the bank a second location to complement its downtown office. The new site will serve nearby areas, including Greenfield, Pumpkin Center, Arvin, Lamont, Weedpatch and Bakersfield.
