Aug. 10--MACON, Ga. -- A former residence on Ingleside Avenue was rezoned Monday for office use.
The Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission agreed to rezone 2254 Ingleside Ave. from R-1, Single-Family Residential District to R-3, Multi-Family Residential District. The purpose of the rezoning by applicant Keith B. Rollins is to allow professional offices.
The building does not yet have a tenant, said Rollins, a real estate agent with Fickling & Co. commercial group.
