Pegasus Capital, the Boston-based investment fund, yesterday announced the acquisition of Alvher, one of Argentina's leading flexible containers manufacturers. The operation was carried out in partnership with Edelpa (Envases del Pacifico), the Chilean packaging company. The deal also involves the company's subsidiaries Dinan, Encata, Papelera del Parana and ASE. Alvher has six plants and 360 workers in Argentina.
