A PILL made from pine tree bark is proving an effective treatment for women suffering pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS).
Research due to be published this year shows it has a powerful effect on menstrual cramps, abdominal pain and tenderness. Called Pycnogenol (pronounced pic-no-jenol), the pill has been shown to be very good at reducing the pain and inflammation associated with PMS.
