ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. _ As if relations between ownership and labor weren't toxic enough, along comes Vince Naimoli to allege a union-hatched conspiracy designed to embarrass his Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Naimoli, managing general partner of the Devil Rays, gave a rare news conference Thursday at Tropicana Field. As per his reputation for free-wheeling opinions, it was a doozy.
