What's next? Ideas for the producers of `Frontier House'.

"Frontier House" executive producer Beth Hoppe won't say what her next American project will be, but here are a few ideas she and PBS might want to consider:

_"Osbournes Unplugged." Ozzy and family are separated from their entourage, their electronics and their credit cards and spend six months on the road, living like Depression-era migrant workers _ and folksingers _ freed at last from worry about what their dogs might be doing to the rugs.

_"Railroad Rules." Attractive young twentysomethings spend three months laying track for old Central Pacific, earning the $28 a month Chinese workers made in 1865 and trying not to get themselves killed.
