MARYWOOD UNIVERSITY: Dr. Earl H. Lynch of Moosic has been appointed director of the physician assistant program.
He was president and medical director of the Center for Integrative Medicine in Clarks Summit. He also served as staff physician at the University of Scranton and medical director for the Bureau of Community Health Systems, Pennsylvania Department of Health.
A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Lynch recently was promoted to the rank of major in the U.S. Army Reserves. While with the Coast Guard, he served as a medical officer and flight surgeon.
