OFFERING MEMBERS HOSPITAL AND PHYSICIAN REFERRAL SERVICES
CLEVELAND, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The affiliation between Kaiser Permanente and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation became official today with the signing of a long-term contract that stipulates The Cleveland Clinic Foundation will provide the majority of hospital care and medical referral services to Kaiser Permanente Health Plan members.
