Apr. 28--Roy Peters can remember county agricultural agents visiting the rural Oklahoma farm of his late grandfather and offering to help.
"Cleve," Peters recalls agents reckoning with his granddad, "I'm not saying I'm a better farmer than you, but I have seen the best practices on a lot of other farms, attended seminars with the newest farming techniques and have the resources of specialists at Oklahoma A&M."
