EMERYVILLE, CAL. -- New Logic Research Inc., the maker of a vibratory membrane filtration system (VSEP), announced that it has completed the sale of its first North American filtration system to treat hog manure.
The system will be installed and commissioned later this summer in Alberta.
New Logic has previously installed several manure filtration systems in Korea and Japan to treat both digested manure effluent and raw manure. The installations in Asia are for dairy cow and hog manure and have been operating successfully since May 2000, the company said.
