MOSCOW_The Communist protesters who gather outside the Russian White House are no quitters. A blizzard rages and they shake off the snow and bellow into the wind their litany of complaints against the government, against big business, against NATO.
As hardy as these protesters are, however, they are getting up in years and going down in numbers. Sadly for the Communist Party, the winds of history are proving difficult to defy.
