Janet Makinen heard the radio pitches for Body Solutions over and over again: ``Lose weight while you sleep.''
So the Dade City, Fla., woman bought more than $150 worth of the heavily promoted ``weight loss formula'' and waited for the pounds to slowly melt away. But after taking the sugary, fruit-flavored solution every night for two months, Makinen found she hadn't lost weight at all.
Actually, she was surprised to learn, she'd gained weight, according to her attorney, who is now representing her in a class action lawsuit against the maker of Body Solutions.
