PHILADELPHIA _ Yes, there will be a three-team playoff in the Ivy League for the first time since its inception in 1956.
Tuesday night at the Palestra, the Penn basketball team made sure of that.
Facing a Princeton squad that entered the building atop the Ancient Eight and a victory away from claiming its second straight outright title, the Quakers seized control of the game in the first half and didn't let go until a 64-48 triumph had been secured.
