Apr. 17--Oklahoma City's Premier Assets has two-stepped up Interstate 44 to Tulsa, dancing around the "great wall of Stroud," the imaginary line that often separates developers and contractors in the state's two biggest cities.
First came its purchase in late 2000 of the storm-damaged Tanger Outlet Mall in Stroud. The industrial property developer wants to turn the former retail site, rechristened Midway Commerce Park, into an industrial site. Some deals are in the works, Premier Assets officials said.
Now comes Premier Assets' new Gateway Commerce Park in Tulsa.
