Mar. 15--After completing debt restructuring, SVOA Plc, a major local information technology company, made a profit of 31.48 million baht last year on revenue of 3.84 billion baht.
The revenue figure represented annual growth of 30 percent to 40 percent for all business units, said chief executive Jack Min Intanate.
The previous year's profit of 5.42 billion baht was almost entirely the result of debt restructuring which turned trade creditors into majority shareholders.
Revenue in 2000 was 2.83 billion baht. The company posted a loss of 831 million baht in 1999 and 3.88 billion in 1998.
