SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Thales, a global leader in navigation and positioning systems for professional and private use, today announced it has added two key executives to the management team of its navigation business. Claude Boyard joins the company as its new vice president and chief financial officer, and Nick Newman is the company's new vice president of worldwide operations.
