Mar. 29--WILKES-BARRE, Pa.--Customer Satisfaction First, which occupies the call center on South Main Street, is behind two months in rent payments to the city Redevelopment Authority, said city Controller Bernard Mengeringhausen.
That equates to $98,670.96.
Mengeringhausen said Mayor Tom McGroarty was supposed to discuss the situation with him on Wednesday, but that meeting never took place.
Mengeringhausen does not have oversight of authority dealings.
