Pain-free Christensen ready to move on.

MESA, Ariz._"I look at it as being fixed," Ben Christensen said Monday. "And now I can get on with my career."

Christensen was talking about his right rotator cuff, not the lawsuit he settled two weeks ago with Anthony Molina. But his statement applied to both.

Christensen, the Cubs' first-round draft pick three years ago, underwent surgery in May to shrink the capsule in his right shoulder. He is slated to start the season at Double-A West Tenn.

"I'm finally pain-free," Christensen said. "And as a pitcher, that's all you can really ask for."
