Haven, Wis. -- Exponentially richer and wiser, Tiger Woods will play a tournament in Wisconsin today for the first time since his professional debut at the Greater Milwaukee Open eight years ago. It's a span he calls a "lifetime ago," but it illustrates, in one small respect, that some things haven't changed.
Back then, Woods burned to prove his sensational amateur career would translate into commensurate professional success, enough to justify the many millions of dollars Nike guaranteed the day he turned pro.
