Mar. 6--The first new bowling alley to be built in Colorado Springs since 1976 will be at the fast-growing First & Main Town Center shopping area on Powers Boulevard.
"It's going to be more of a family fun center with an arcade area, darts, billiards and a family restaurant," said Mike Bochnak, who will build the $6 million, 42-lane alley.
The 50,700-square-foot building will complement the growing retail developments in the area, Bochnak said. It also will serve members of the Springs' booming eastern population.
