Feb. 20--It's tough to find good help these days.
And when you do, most companies find, it can be even tougher to keep them from leaving.
Just ask fast-food companies, which have offered everything from 401(k)s to medical insurance just to retain workers.
Despite the downturn in the economy, Oak Brook-based McDonald's Corp.--which is celebrating its employees in its advertising during the Olympics--is still facing sizable problems in keeping hourly employees from leaving.
In some cases, sources said, McDonald's restaurants away from large urban areas suffer from 100 percent turnover in a year.
