KARACHI, August 11(PPI): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has directed commercial banks that export value of goods made under the brand name or franchise by units to be established in the three textile cities of Pakistan must be reasonably higher than the export value of goods exported without a brand name.

Sources of the SBP said that if the exporting units of the textile cities choose to export their goods under brand name or franchise - the sponsors of these units' should plan the installation and manufacturing of their products ensuring the requirements of the WTO.
