Longtime Virginia Beach residents passing by Princess Anne Road - just before the Holland Road intersection - have watched a horse farm become a small, custom-built community.
Princess Anne Quarter, a 75-lot community of transitional-style homes built by Napolitano Homes, opened in August 2003. Fenwick Way, the street leading off of Princess Anne Road and into the community, is the original horse farm driveway, abundant with trees. The main street ends in a cul-de-sac, with another three cul-de-sacs branching off from it.
